Build valuable leadership and communication skills with other youth
OUR MISSION
U+ Toastmasters is a non-profit organization that provides youth below 30 years old with the opportunity to enhance their public speaking and leadership skills. As a group, youth support each other by completing projects in the Toastmasters Competent Communication and Competent Leadership manuals.
These projects encourage youth to practice new skills through a variety of activities, whether it be a goal-focused speech or taking on a leadership role at a meeting. Youth build confidence by leading the meeting, signing up to give a speech, and practicing impromptu speaking while gaining feedback.
BENEFITS

BUILD COMFORT AND CONFIDENCE WITH PUBLIC SPEAKING
Public speaking is about getting your message across. Once we've figured out a way for our thoughts and ideas to be heard, it build the confidence needed to deliver the speech or presentation.
